Terms of Service

1. The service

Serene Workspace provides a focus workspace with environments, timer, tasks, notes, ambient sound, and optional Serene Pro features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Accounts

You may use guest mode or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Serene Pro and payments

Some features require Serene Pro. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay (or another processor we designate). Prices and plan details are shown at checkout / on the pricing page . Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once access is granted for the paid period.

4. Third-party services

Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar and Spotify) are provided by third parties and subject to their terms. You choose whether to connect them. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Violate applicable laws or others’ rights
• Abuse payment, entitlement, or integration systems
• Spam, impersonate, or post unlawful or abusive content on the community board

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Serene (such as tasks and notes). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. Community suggestions (titles, descriptions, and optional links) are public. You grant us a license to display them and to use the ideas to shape future rooms, wallpapers, and sounds. We may edit or remove suggestions. You are responsible for the content you submit.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serene and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Serene at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
