What Serene Pro Offers
A clear guide to Serene Pro: named desks and mixes, your music in the mixer, today’s Google Calendar, layout sync, deeper focus history, and CSV export. The core desk stays free. Charged in INR.
Serene Pro is optional. The desk—timer, tasks, notes, ambience, breathing, and curated environments—stays free forever, with or without an account. Pro is for when the sanctuary should feel like yours: named rooms you can return to, your music in the mixer, a layout that can follow you, and a longer, quieter record of how you work.
This is what Pro actually includes. Nothing here is a teaser for a later product.
What you already have without Pro
As a guest, the full desk works on this device. Sign in and tasks plus focus history follow the account. Theme is saved too. Stickies, the live wallpaper, the live mix, and timer preferences stay in this browser—Free and Pro alike. An account is an embrace, not a gate.
Named desks
An environment is wallpaper, ambience, and theme arriving together. Presets are free. Pro adds seven window views — Kochi, Udaipur, Darjeeling, Varanasi, Calcutta Street, Bombay, Jaipur — plus six custom-painted rooms — Monsoon Courtyard, Night Train, Night Library, Backwater House, Irani Café, Madhav Tea Stall — each painted room with its own place voices. Pro also lets you save the room you are in as a named desk, then apply, rename, or delete it later. Those names live on your account, so another computer can open the same desk. The wallpaper sitting on the canvas right now still remembers this device; only the saved names travel. Want another room, or a new voice in the mixer? Vote on

.Serene Workspace environments picker with curated desks
Free presets stay. Window views, custom rooms, and named desks are Pro.
Named mixes
The ambient mixer is free: rain, brown noise, café, tanpura—layer what you need. Pro adds place voices in a Voices row: barbershop, tea stall, library hush, station. Pro also lets you save that combination with a name and reuse it. Same idea as desks. The mix playing this minute stays on this device; the named mix is what follows the account. Guest and Free see a quiet Get Pro line instead of Save. That is a teaser, not a broken button.
Serene Ambient Sounds mixer with nature and place layers
Mix freely on any plan. Name and reuse a mix on Pro.
Your music in this room
The mixer stays the air in the room. On Pro you can connect Spotify and play a playlist in this tab—under the rain, at the volume you choose. Master volume and mute still apply. Disconnect anytime. Spotify Premium is required to play in the browser; tokens stay on the server. Guest and Free see the same row, then a quiet Get Pro sheet. That is a gate, not a broken player. More in
Your music in this room
.Serene Workspace with Your music in the Ambient Sounds mixer on a cabin desk
One extra row in the mixer. The rain stays. Your playlist sits beside it.
Today’s Google Calendar
On Pro, Connect Google Calendar beside Today’s Focus. Serene shows what is still on the day—not the whole agenda, not a second calendar app. Disconnect anytime. Tokens stay on the server; the browser never reads them. Guest and Free do not see Connect.
Floating layout, when you want it to travel
Free remembers where the timer and tasks sit on this browser. Pro also stores that arrangement in the cloud—workspaces included—so a second laptop can pick it up. If this device and the cloud disagree, Serene does not overwrite in silence. You choose Use this device or Use cloud. That banner is the sync being honest.
A longer, kinder history
Signed-in Free already has Overview, Activity, and Insights—about a year of heatmap, a glance under Today’s Focus, sessions and streaks as weather rather than a scoreboard. Pro opens Advanced: which weekdays you actually show up, when in the day focus lands, the full history instead of one year, and a CSV download (serene-focus-history.csv) if you want the ledger elsewhere. Measure to notice. Then close the panel.
Serene Focus Dashboard activity heatmap over a year of days
Free keeps a year. Pro keeps the longer arc, plus weekday and hour patterns.
What Pro is not
- Not note sync. Stickies stay on this device, even on Pro. Park a thought; do not expect it on the other laptop.
- Not a guest import. Signing in does not lift guest tasks or notes into the account. Start fresh, or keep using that browser as guest.
- Not auto-renew. You pay for a month or a year. Access lasts until that date. There is no silent charge. Renew when you want to extend. The desk stays free after.
- Not a paywall on the core. Timer, tasks, notes, free presets, and the mixer do not wait on Pro. Window views, custom rooms, and place voices do.
Price, plainly
Two prepaid plans, charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay: ₹599 a month, or ₹4,999 a year (₹417/mo, 30% off). UPI, RuPay, and Indian cards are available. You need a signed-in account to check out; guests are sent to sign in first. Manage the paid window, receipts, and a reminder before it ends from the pricing page.
If the free desk is enough, stay. If you want named rooms, your music in the mixer, today’s calendar, a layout that can follow you, and a deeper history, Serene Pro is that—and only that.
